Item Actual Landed Cost Prices (tclct3600m000)

Use this session to view actual landed cost prices by item.

Note
  • Together with the average purchase price, the average landed cost price is used to determine an item's cost price.
  • This session is updated when all landed costs for a purchase receipt are invoiced. If the invoice is unapproved, the cost price calculation for the average landed cost price is reversed.
  • Prices are only updated if all invoices for all landed cost lines related to a receipt have the Update Average/Latest Price check box selected.
Prices by Cost Component

The lines on this tab refer to the Item Actual Landed Cost Prices by Cost Component (tclct3501m000) session, in which you can view an item's actual landed cost prices by cost component.

 

Item
In LN, the raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, sold, and so on.

An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or exist in multiple product variants.

You can also define nonphysical items, which are not held in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The following are examples of nonphysical items:

  • Cost items (for example, electricity)
  • Service items
  • Subcontracting services
  • List items (menus/options)
Latest Landed Cost Price Transaction Date
The most recent date on which the item's landed cost price was changed.
Cumulative Purchase Receipts
The quantity of cumulative receipts based on which the average landed cost price is calculated.
Note

You can reset the cumulative purchase receipts in the Equate Balance of Receipts with Inventory Level (tdipu0201m000) session.

Purchase Price Unit
The item unit in which an item's purchase price is expressed. This unit can differ from the item's inventory unit.
Note

When the purchase price unit is changed, prices are automatically recalculated.

Total Average Landed Cost Price
The total of all linked cost components ' average landed cost prices. The average landed cost price is based on cumulative purchases or on the current inventory, as specified in the Method of Calculating Average Landed Cost Price field of the Landed Costs Parameters (tclct0100m000) session.
Currency
The monetary unit in which the purchase price is expressed.
Total Latest Landed Cost Price
The total of all linked cost components' latest landed cost prices.
