Item Code System - Items (tcibd0104m000)Use this session to view, enter, and maintain item codes by item code system. In this session you can store your business partner's external item codes next to your own internally used item codes. The external item code and internal item code refer to the same item. If you enter the business partner's item code during order entry, LN automatically retrieves the corresponding item code that you use internally. Note

codes, this is the business partner that uses the business partner item codes. Item The internal item for which the external business partner item code is stored. The internal item
code and external item code refer to the same item. Business Partner Item Code The item code that is used by the business partner to indicate
the item in the Item field. You can enter the business partner's item
code during order entry, after which the internally used item code will
appear. Effective Revision If multiple revisions are available for business partner item
codes, this field shows the effective business partner item
