Quotation Status

  • Suspended

    The quotation is being handled by CRM. You cannot maintain the quotation in LN.

  • Created

    The quotation is entered in LN, or confirmed in CRM.

  • Printed

    The quotation is printed.

  • Modified

    The quotation is printed and changed afterwards, or the quotation is processed and a new quotation line is added.

  • Processed

    The quotation obtains this status if the quotation lines:

    • Are all set to Processed, Cancelled, or Lost.
    • Of a Suspended quotation, are all canceled in CRM.
