Business Partner The business partner to
whom the contacts are linked. Contact The contact linked to the business partner role. Full Name The contact's first, middle, and last name. Job Title The contact's job title. Primary Phone The contact's primary phone number. E-Mail The contact's e-mail address. Department The department used for the business partner role(s). Note A department can only be specified for the following roles:
Search Key The contact by business partner role's search key, which is
inserted when a new contact is added to this session. You can change the search
key. Default value The contact's Search Key Salutation The salutation for the contact. Title The title used on the documents addressed to the contact. Initials The contact's initials, which are generated based on the value
of the Initials Based On field in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session. First Name The contact's first name. Last Name The contact's last name. Middle Name The contact's middle name. Given Name The name by which the contact is known. Default value This name is defaulted from the First Name field. Suffix Any character behind the last name. Search Key The contact's search key. Default value The first 16 characters of the Last Name field. Type Use this field to select the contact's status. Allowed values Promotion The application of an additional discount, value off, or
premium to a sales order based on predefined order levels of selected items.
Two basic types of promotions exist: order level and line level. Source The places, events, or methods where or through which business
partners come in contact with your company (for example, a trade fair or an
advertisement). Gender The contact's gender. Language The contact's preferred language. Birthday The contact's birthday. Business Partner The contact's general business partner, which is the contact's
employer. Department The contact's department. Assistant The contact's assistant. Buyer Role A classification of a contact's role in the decision making
process related to an opportunity. With this classification, sales
representatives know, for example, how to approach a contact to win a
deal. A buyer role can be, for example, economic buyer, decision maker, influencer. Work Address The contact's work address. Private Address The contact's private
address. Do not call If this check box is selected, the contact does not want to receive phone
calls. Office Phone The phone number at the business address. Primary Office Phone If this check box is selected, the office phone number is the contact's
primary phone number. Office Phone 2 The direct distance dialing number at the business address. Primary Office Phone 2 If this check box is selected, the Office Phone 2 is the contact's primary phone
number. Home Phone The contact's home phone number. Primary Home Phone If this check box is selected, the home phone number is the contact's
primary phone number. Mobile Phone The contact's mobile phone number. Primary Mobile Phone If this check box is selected, the mobile phone number is the contact's
primary phone number. Fax The contact's fax number at the business address. Opted Out If this check box is selected, the contact does not want to receive
promotional e-mail messages. Messenger Type The type of messenger the contact uses. Created by The user who first created and saved this contact data. Date Created The date on which this contact data is first created and
saved. Last Modified by The user who last modified and saved this contact data. Date Last Modification The date on which this contact data is last modified and
saved. Synchronize If this check box is selected, the contact must be synchronized with
Microsoft Exchange. Note This check box is only visible if the Series for Contacts check box is selected in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session. Active If this check box is selected, the contact is active and can be
used. Important! If you change a contact from active to inactive, LN checks whether the contact is the primary contact for one of the business partner roles. If this is the case, before you can inactivate the contact, you must first delete the contact as the primary contact for the business partner role, or assign another contact as the primary contact. Role I If this check box is selected, the contact represents the business partner
in this role. Primary If this check box is selected, the contact is the primary contact for the business partner role. Note

maintain contacts by business partner role. Details Starts the Contact (tccom1640m000) session in which you can view, enter, and maintain
contact data. Show All Contacts If this command is marked, all contacts are displayed that are
linked to the business partner. If this command is not marked, only contacts are displayed that are linked to the relevant business partner role.
