The field separator can be one of the following:
- A pipe (|)

Copy Company Data (tccom0214m000)This session is one step in the procedure to copy company data. Refer to To copy a multicompany structure for details. Note Not the company's, but the user's package combination determines the data to be copied. This package combination is retrieved from the Current Package VRC field in the Change Current Package VRC of User (ttadv0140m000) session, which is filled with the value of the Integration with Package VRCs in Pack.Combination field in the Package VRCs (ttadv1111s000) session. Use this session to correct the company numbers and/or the enterprise-unit codes in the company-data export files before you import the export files in the database tables of the target companies. LN changes the specified source-company numbers in the target-company numbers and the specified source enterprise-unit codes in the target enterprise-unit codes in those database-table fields in which the company- number domain (tcncmp) and the enterprise-unit domains (tcemm.grid and tgbrg.unit) occur. You can run this session multiple times. For example, you can first run the session to change the company numbers, and then run the session again to change some or all of the enterprise unit codes. To replace company numbers Replacing company numbers is mandatory. If you copy a structure of multiple companies, you must run this session from each source company. For example: you copy data from source companies 400 and 401 to target companies 600 and 601 respectively. After exporting data from the source companies you must perform this:
To replace enterprise units You must only replace enterprise unit codes if the following conditions are both true:
Specify Field Separator Specify the field separator that is used in the sequential
files that contain the exported data of the current company: this is the same
separator as the one that was specified during the export in the Create Sequential Dump of Table (ttaad4226m000) session. The field separator can be one of the following:
Directory for Table Files The directory where the sequential files of the current company
are stored. This is the same directory as the one that was specified during the
export in the Create Sequential Dump of Table (ttaad4226m000) session. Companies to Copy Select this check box to replace the source-company numbers in
the company-data export files by the target-company numbers. If you only want to change the enterprise unit codes in the company-data export files, you must clear this check box. Companies to Copy Enter the source company numbers and the corresponding target
company numbers by which they must be replaced. If you copy a number of
companies that form a structure, you must specify all the company numbers of
that structure. The following rules apply:
Be careful when typing the input values for this field. Source company numbers for which you do not specify a target company number in this field are not changed. This may be very wrong because, after loading the sequential files, the target multicompany structure will contain references to the source companies. Example A multicompany structure, consisting of companies 400, 401, 402 and 403, is copied as follows:
You must enter 400>600;401>601;402>602;403>603 to correct the company numbers in the sequential files. Enterprise Units to Copy Select this check box to replace the source enterprise unit
codes in the company-data export files by the target enterprise unit
codes. You must only change enterprise unit codes if the following conditions are both true:
If you only want to correct the company numbers in the company-data export files, you must clear this check box. Enterprise Units to Copy Enter the source enterprise unit codes with the corresponding
target enterprise unit codes. The following rules apply:
Note The target enterprise unit codes must be present in the central company. Example The following replacements must be made in the company-data export files:
You must enter EUL2F2>EUZ2F2;EUL3F2>EUZ3F2;EUL3F4>EUZ3F4 to correct the enterprise unit codes in the sequential files.
