Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0119m000)Use this session to view and define particular days that are not available and that LN must not schedule for the specified calendar. To define the calendar code and the date for which you want to display the unavailable days, click Find Record To view the unavailable days for a days, week, or month, use the icons on the toolbar. To zoom to the next or the previous period, use the arrow icons. To define unavailable days that have a pattern, such as a national holiday that reoccurs every year, use the Calendar Recurrences (tcccp0144m000) session.
Calendar Code The calendar for which you want
to view or specify unavailable days. Period Displays for which day, week, 4 weeks, month, quarter, half
year, or year LN displays the unavailable days. To change the period definition, click one of the following icons:
To change the period definition to the values mentioned above or to one of the following options, on the appropriate menu, click View By:
Period Dates Displays the start date and the end date of the period in which
the unavailable days fall. Date Displays the date of an unavailable day. To define a new
unavailable day for the specified calendar, click Add a New Record. Description Specify why a specific day is not available for the specified
calendar.
Print Calendar Non-Available Days Starts the Print Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0419m000) session. Go to Today Click this button to display the unavailable days for the
period in which the current day falls. View By Select this option to change the size of the period for which LN displays the
unavailable days. Day Sets the period to Day. Week Sets the period to Week. 4 Weeks Sets to set the period to 4 Weeks. Month Sets the period to Month. Quarter Sets the period to Quarter. Half Year Sets the period to Half Year. Year Sets the period to Year. Go to Date Specifies the date of the period for which LN must display the
unavailable days. Next Period Displays the next period. Previous Period Displays the previous period. Calendars Starts the Calendars (tcccp0110m000) session. Calendar Working Hours Starts the Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0120m000) session. Recurrences Starts the Recurrences (tcccp0143m000) session. Standard Calendar Starts the Standard Calendar (tcccp0140m000) session.
