Conversion of Lot Code ID. by Business Partner (out) (ecedi4177m000)

Use this session to maintain the outgoing conversion data for the lot identification codes of specific business partners. Then, you can send messages that require this conversion. Lot code IDs are used when you process EDI messages in the Communication business object.

Note

If you started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record. Some code conversions in LN EDI require a code ID. Code IDs are qualifiers used in code conversions that allow you to convert additional data specifications. Code IDs are transferred within the first qualifier position of the conversion setup definitions.

Description
The lot identification code is a qualifier (qualifier 1) used with the lot code (tdsls041.clot or tdpur041.clot). The lot code ID indicates whether the lot code transferred in the EDI message is the internal lot code (whltc100.clot) or the business partner's lot code (whltc100.ltbp).

This code is the code in the application used in the LN application.
