Pricing

To reduce complexity and improve usability in Infor LN 10.2.1, several additions and changes were made to the following pricing functionality:

  • Pricing parameters
  • Matrix structure
  • Price books
Pricing parameters

You can specify whether you want to use one discount level or multiple discounts levels in Pricing. If one discount level is chosen, the multiple discount level fields are not shown.

You can specify default matrix attribute sets in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session. Only the matrix attributes you marked as applicable for a default attribute set are shown in Pricing. If no matrix attribute sets are specified in the parameters, all attributes are shown in Pricing.

Before you can select default attribute sets in the parameters, you must first specify the attribute information in the following new sessions:

Matrix definitions and priorities

The Matrix Definition - Priorities (tdpcg0610m000) session was added. You can specify matrix definitions and their matrix priorities on one screen.

Price books

Price Books - Lines (tdpcg0611m000) is a new session in which you can specify a price book header and lines on one screen.

The Price Books - Lines (tdpcg0611m000) session includes the following sessions:

The price book origin was removed from price books. The Used for Contracts and Used for RFQs check boxes were added to the following sessions:

  • Price Books - Lines (tdpcg0611m000)
  • Price Books (tdpcg0111m000)
  • Copy Price Book (tdpcg0231m100)
  • Import Prices from Item Data to Price Book (tdpcg0231m200)
