To create a new diagram:

  • In the File New dialog box, select the type of diagram to create.
  • When you select the diagram, an LN session is run. In this session, you can enter the information on the diagram.
[...]File, Open

To open an existing diagram in a new window:

  • You can open multiple diagrams.
  • To switch among the multiple open diagrams, use the Window menu.
CTRL+S [...]File, SaveTo save the active diagram.
CTRL+X [...]File, Cut

To remove the currently selected data from the diagram window and put it on the clipboard.

  • If there is no data currently selected, this command is unavailable.
  • Cutting data to the clipboard replaces the contents previously stored there.
CTRL+C [...]File, Copy

To copy selected data onto the clipboard.

  • If there is no data currently selected, this command is unavailable.
  • Copying data to the clipboard replaces the contents previously stored.
[...]File, Paste

To insert a copy of the clipboard contents at the insertion point.

  • If the clipboard is empty, this command is unavailable.
[...]Options, Select Mode

To select one or more graphical objects on the diagram window, toggle this command.

  • Otherwise, the stamp function is active.
  • You can insert graphical objects without clicking the applicable button again.
[...]Help, Context Help

To obtain Help on some portion of the Modeler, click Context Help.

  • The mouse pointer will change to an arrow and question mark. Click somewhere in the Modeler window, such as another Toolbar button.
  • The Help topic will show the item you clicked.
