Conversion of performance indicator scripts

With this version of ERP Enterprise the macro set to be used in PI script has been changed and extended. A lot of new macros is added and others have been removed. All user defined PI scripts must be converted. This must be done manually, it cannot be done by the system.

Table tgeis020 is expired now. All use of this table must be removed. So, not only the macros using this table must be removed, but also programmed use of this table (all database actions (db.* actions and SQL-queries) on tgeis020).

After converting all user defined PI scripts they all should be recompiled. This can be done with Compile Range of PI Scripts (tgeis0213m000) session. This can be done with Compile Range of PI Scripts (tgeis0213m000) session.
