The value is defaulted with the quantity received from the In Inventory Unit field in the Receipt Lines (whinh3112s000) session. The value is updated when an issue is made in RG 23D Folio Wise Issues (whinh9142m00l) session. Supplier Invoice Number The invoice number used by the buy-from business partner. T LN defaults the value from the Excise Invoice Number field in the Capture Goods Pass Out Document (whinh9540s10l) session. Supplier Invoice Date The date mentioned on the invoice issued by the buy-from business partner. LN defaults the value from the Excise Invoice Date field in the Capture Goods Pass Out Document (whinh9540s10l) session. Excise Amount The excise amount for the quantity received in the warehouse. Excise Amount The currency code. Cess Amount The cess amount for the received quantity. Folio Closed The check box indicates the availability of the folio for the issue of an item. LN selects the checkbox when the folio is closed in the Close Folio (whinh9241m00l) session or when the Balance Quantity is zero. Note If the checkbox is cleared, the folio is not closed and can be used to issue an item. Supplier Dealer Status The dealer status of the business partner who supplies the excisable goods. Manufacturer's ASV The assessable value of the excisable item specified on the invoice issued by the manufacturer. LN defaults the value from the Capture Goods Pass Out Document (whinh9540s10l) session. Manufacturer's Duty Paid The actual excise duty paid by the manufacturer for the excisable item. LN defaults the value from the Duty Paid by Manufacturer field in the Capture Goods Pass Out Document (whinh9540s10l) session. Close Folio Closes the folio. LN selects the Folio Closed checkbox to indicate that the folio is not available for issues.
