Print Shipment Notices Multi Company (whinh3400m100)Use this session to to print the advance shipment notice (ASN) and ASN errors from electronic data interchange (EDI) for a selection of companies or for specific companies. You can export ASNs and ASN error data to an excel sheet. You can also start the session from the following sessions:
If the session is started from the above sessions, and one or more records are selected in the above sessions, only the selected records are printed. In this case, the fields in the Specific Selection, and the Header Selection group boxes are not displayed. The company specified in the Company field in the Specific Selection and the Selection Range group boxes must meet the following criteria:
Note If only one record is selected in the parent session, the values of the selected record populate the fields in this session.
Selection Range Company The From and To fields define a range of: companies for which the ASNs and EDI Message Errors must be printed. Ship-from Business Partner The From and To fields define a range of: ship-from business partners for whom the ASNs and EDI Message Errors must be printed. From Item The From and To fields define a range of: items for which the ASNs and EDI Message Errors must be printed. Note The field is enabled if you select either the ASN Lines or the EDI Message Errors check boxes. Specific Selection Specific Selection If this check box is selected, you can specify a company for which the ASNs
and EDI Message Errors must be printed. You can specify a
company for which you have authorisations to change. Company Number The company number. The value can range from minimum (0) to
maximum (999). Specific Selection Specific Selection If this check box is selected, you can specify a ship-from business partner for whom the ASNs and the EDI Message Errors must be printed. Business Partner Name The name of the business partner. Print ASN Header If this check box is selected, the ASN Header is printed. To enable the fields in the Header Selection group box in the ASNs tab, select the ASN Header check box. ASN Lines If this check box is selected, the ASN Lines are printed. To enable the fields in the Line Selection group box in the ASNs tab, select the ASN Lines check box. EDI Message Errors If this check box is selected, the EDI Message Errors are printed. To enable the fields in the Selection Range group box in the EDI Message Errors tab, select the EDI Message Errors check box. Flat File Format If this check box is selected, you can select the output format. In a flat
file format report, LN prints the names of the fields as a header. If this check box is cleared, the Separator in Flat File field is disabled. Separator in Flat File The delimiter to separate the columns of the report. ASNs Header Selection Shipment The From and To fields define a range of: shipment numbers to be printed on the
header of the report. Status The From and To fields define a range of: status to be printed on the header of the
report. Warehouse The From and To fields define a range of: warehouses to be printed on the header of
the report. Carrier/LSP The From and To fields define a range of: carriers to be printed on the header of the
report. ASN Creation Date The From and To fields define a range of: dates on which an ASN is created. The dates
are printed on the header of the report. ASN Arrival Date The From and To fields define a range of: ASN arrival dates to be printed on the
header of the report. Shipping Date The From and To fields define a range of: shipping dates to be printed on the header
of the report. Planned Delivery Date The From and To fields define a range of: planned delivery dates to be printed on the
header of the report. Actual Delivery Date The From and To fields define a range of: actual delivery dates to be printed on the
header of the report. Suppliers ASN Number The From and To fields define a range of: supplier ASN numbers to be printed on the
header of the report. Bill of Lading The From and To fields define a range of: bill of lading numbers to be printed on the
header of the report. Packing List The From and To fields define a range of: packing lists to be printed on the header
of the report. Packing Slip The From and To fields define a range of: packing slips to be printed on the header
of the report. Line Selection Sequence The From and To fields define a range of: sequences to be printed on the header of
the report. Order Origin The From and To fields define a range of: order origins to be printed on the header
of the report. Order The From and To fields define a range of: order numbers to be printed on the header
of the report. Line The From and To fields define a range of: line numbers to be printed on the header of
the report. EDI Message Errors Selection Range Order Reference The From and To fields define a range of: order references for which the received EDI Message Errors must be printed.
