Cost Peg Transfers - Borrow/Loan Workbench (whinh1146m100)Use this session to view the borrow/loan and payback details of the selected cost peg transfer order line. You can also manually finalize the current borrow/loan transfer. Note This session is enabled only if the borrow/loan concept is enabled.
Peg Transfer - Borrow/Loan The cost peg transfer order number for which the borrow/loan
records are created. Line The position number of the cost peg transfer line. Item The code of the item that is transferred. Effectivity Unit The code of the effectivity unit of the item that is transferred. Outstanding Payback Quantity The outstanding quantity of the inventory that must be
re-supplied to the peg from which inventory is borrowed. Unit The inventory unit in which the outstanding quantity is expressed. Outstanding Payback Amount The outstanding amount related to the borrow/loan inventory
that must be paid back to the cost peg from which inventory is
borrowed. Currency The currency in which the outstanding transaction amount is
expressed. Manually Finalized By The code of the user who manually finalizes the borrow/loan
transfer. Note LN shows the login name of the user in this field after the borrow/loan is finalized manually. Forecast Payback Date The estimated date for the payback, calculated based on the
planned delivery date of the replenishment or procurement order generated to
meet the demand of the borrowing cost peg. Note This date is calculated, based on the planned inventory transactions (PIT). Lending Project The code of the project from which the inventory is
borrowed. Lending Element The code of the element linked to the project from which the
inventory is borrowed. Lending Activity The code of the activity linked to the project from which the
inventory is borrowed. Borrowing Project The code of the project to which the inventory is
transferred. Borrowing Element The code of the element linked to the project to which the
inventory is transferred. Borrowing Activity The code of the activity linked to the project to which the
inventory is transferred. Payback Finalized If this check box is selected, the payback of the borrowed inventory is
finalized. Text If this check box is selected, a text related to the borrow/loan record is
present. Total Borrow/Loan Quantity The total quantity that is borrowed/loaned. Inventory Value The value of the inventory that is transferred
(borrowed/loaned). Inventory Value = Total Transaction Amount/ Total Borrowed Quantity Total Transaction Amount The total transaction amount of the borrow/loan
process. Total Transaction Amount = Inventory Value * Total Borrowed Quantity Creation Date The date on which borrow/loan record is created for a specific
(temporary) cost peg transfer. Note This field shows the date and time when the record is created. Forecast Aging Date The date calculated by adding the aging period of the temporary
cost peg transfer to the borrow/loan creation date. Forecast Total Resupply Costs The expected cost of the items that must be purchased or
manufactured by the borrowing project to replenish the lending
project. Note This amount is calculated based on the receipt transaction with the highest receipt value, processed in the last quarter. (Receipts originating from inventory adjustments, cycle counts and cost peg transfers are neglected.) If no receipts have taken place yet, the fixed transfer price is used. Forecast Payback Result The difference amount between the total transaction amount and
the forecast total resupply cost. Forecast Payback Result = Total Transaction Amount - Forecast Total Resupply Costs Finalized Through The method used to finalize the selected borrow/loan
transfer. Allowed values Reason The reason code for the finalization of the borrow/loan cost
peg transfer. Description The description or name of the code. Payback Finalization Date The date on which the borrow/loan cost peg transfer is
finalized and no new paybacks are created.
Finalize Finalizes the borrow/loan record financially, for the selected
cost peg transfer line. This option cancels the logistical or physical payback
of the inventory and executes a financial payback.
