The identification number of the inventory ownership change order
Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1100m000)Use this session to to view, create, and process inventory ownership change orders. In the Inventory Ownership Change Order Lines (whinh1110m000) session, you can create inventory ownership change order lines listing the items for which the ownership is to change. In the Inventory Ownership Change Order Line Handling (whinh1115m000) session, you can change the location or adjust the handling unit structure if required after the ownership change. You can create and process individual inventory ownership change orders in the current session. In the Generate Time Based Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m100) session, you can create change orders and change order lines by batch. In the Process Time Based Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m000) session, you can process change orders.
Order Series The order series used to generate the identification number
of the inventory ownership change order. Order Date The date on which the inventory ownership change order is
created. Created by The user who created the inventory ownership change order. Manual If this check box is selected, the inventory ownership change order is manually
entered. If this check box is cleared, the change order is generated in the Generate Time Based Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m100) session. By default, this
check box is cleared. Warehouse A place for storing goods. For each warehouse, you can enter
address data and data relating to its type. Reason The reason why the ownership changes. The default value in this
field is taken from the Inventory Ownership Change field of the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session. Handling Unit The handling unit for which the inventory ownership is
changed. This field is available if the current change order is manually
inserted, that is, if the Manual check box is selected, and if the Handling Units in Use check box is selected in the Master Data Parameters (whwmd0100m000) session for the current warehouse. Change Date The date on which the inventory ownership is to change or is
changed. If the change order is not yet processed, you can enter a change date.
The change date cannot be later than the current date. If you leave this field
empty, the change date is filled with the current date during processing. Agreed Change Date The change date according to the applicable terms and conditions agreement. Processed If this check box is selected, the change order is processed. Process Date The date on which the inventory ownership change order is
processed. Processed by The user who processed the change order. Header Text If this check box is selected, a text is present for the current change
order header. To create a header text, click ![[...]](../images/nt_ico_start_the_text_editor.gif){kind=small} .
Details Starts the Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1100m000) details session. Process Use this command to process the selected change orders. If a
change order is processed, the ownership of the items listed on the change
order lines is changed. Change Orders History Starts the Inventory Ownership Change Orders History (whinh1550m000) session. Print Inventory Ownership Change Orders Starts the Print Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1400m000) session. By default, LN starts this session
to print the report. Process Inventory Ownership Change Orders Starts the Process Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m000) session. Generate Time Based Ownership Change Orders Starts the Generate Time Based Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m100) session. Remove Inventory Ownership Change Orders Starts the Remove Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1250m000) session. Handling Units Starts the Handling Units (whwmd5130m000) session. Tree Structure Use this command to show the handling unit tree structure for
the handling unit of the current inventory ownership change order. Print Labels for Handling Units Starts the Print Labels for Handling Units (whwmd5430m100) session.
