	Work Order - Outgoing Subassemblies (tswcs4150m000) Use this session to create outgoing subassemblies manually based on the Disassembly Activity. Outgoing subassembly can remain on the location or stored in the warehouse. Note You can create outgoing subassemblies for the work orders with status Free, Planned and, Released. You cannot modify or delete the outgoing subassembly if the Processed check box is selected. You cannot process the outgoing subassembly if the Action Outgoing Subassembly field is set to To be Decided. Allowed values Serial Status Note This field is enabled only if the item is serialized. Label A description of the item that is not defined in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. You can either specify a functional element or enter any description that identifies the item. Note This field is enabled only if the item is not defined. If you specify a value in this field, the Item, Serial Number and Serial Status fields are disabled. Quantity The quantity of the outgoing subassembly item. Unit The unit in which the Quantity is measured. Ownership The ownership of the subassembly item. Allowed values Ownership Action Outgoing Subassembly The action performed on an outgoing subassembly. Allowed values Action Outgoing Subassembly Note The value in this field is defaulted from the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session. However, LN allows you to modify the value. Location The code of the location to which the outgoing subassembly is transferred. Note This field is enabled and mandatory when Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Location or To Location for Work. Description The description or name of the code. Warehouse The code of the warehouse to which the outgoing subassembly is transferred. Note This field is enabled and mandatory when Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Warehouse. Description The description or name of the code. Department The code of the department to which the outgoing subassembly is transferred. Note This field is enabled and mandatory when Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Department. Action Incoming Subassembly The action performed on an incoming subassembly. Allowed values Action Incoming Subassembly Master Routing The code of the master routing applicable for the Action Outgoing Subassembly. Note This field is enabled when Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Location for Work or To Department. Description The description or name of the code. Reference Activity The code of the reference activity that must be performed on the outgoing subassembly. Note This field is enabled when Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Location for Work, To Department or To Subcontractor. Processed If this check box is selected, LN indicates that the outgoing subassembly is processed. Scrap Reason The reason to scrap an item. Note This field is enabled and mandatory only if Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Scrap. Description The description or name of the code. Cost Component The code of the cost component. Note This field is mandatory only if Action Outgoing Subassembly is set to To Warehouse or To Department. Description The description or name of the code. Use Residual Value If this check box is selected, LN considers Residual Value defined for the item. Residual Value The value at which the service company prices the item in the inventory. Currency The currency used to express the price of the item. Subcontracting Activity The activity performed by the subcontractor on the subassembly. Note LN populates this field when the Action Outgoing Subassembly field is set to To Subcontractor and the Processed check box is selected. Actual Receipt Date The actual date and time when the item is received in the warehouse or in the location. Note LN populates this field after the item receipt is confirmed.
