Copy Work Order (tswcs2290m000)Use this session to copy the details of an existing work order (WO) to a new WO. You can copy the following items to the new WO:
Note The work order is created with a new order number and has the status Free. You cannot copy a work order which is linked to a maintenance sales order.
Work Order The work order (WO) from which you copy the details to a new
WO. Click the browse arrow to select the WO from the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session. Department The service department as specified in the source work order.
This is a display field. Description The description of the service department . Service Type The service type as specified in the source work order. This is a display field. Description The description of the service type. Work Order The new work order (WO), to which the details of the source WO
selected in the Work Order field, are copied. Click the browse arrow to select the first
free numbers of the WO series from the First Free Numbers (tcmcs0150m000) session. Department The service department as specified in the source work order
(WO). You can change the value. Click the browse arrow to select a new service
department from the Service Departments (tsmdm1100m000) session. Description The description of the service department. Service Type The service type as specified in the source work order (WO).
You can change the value. Click the browse arrow to select a new service type
from the Service Types (tsmdm0130m000) session. Description The description of the service type. Copy Only Header If this check box is selected, only the header of the source work order (WO)
is copied to the new WO. Note When you select this check box, the following check boxes are disabled:
Activity Lines If this check box is selected, the header and activity lines of the source
work order (WO) are copied to the new WO. Skills If this check box is selected, LN copies
related skill to the target work order. Note You can view this checkbox, only if the Skill checkbox is selected in General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session. Actual Resources If this check box is selected, the following check boxes are enabled:
Material Resources If this check box is selected, the material resource and header data is
copied from the source work order to the new work order. Note This check box is enabled only when the Actual Resources check box is selected. If the Activity Lines check box is not selected, the resource lines that are linked to activities are not copied. Inspections If this check box is selected, LN copies the related inspections with the specified work order
activities. Note LN copies the inspections that are not derived from other inspections. Note If this check box is not selected, LN inserts the inspections that are set for the reference activity of the specified work order activity to the new work order activity. Labor Resources If this check box is selected, the labor resource and header data is copied
from the source work order to the new work order. Other Resources If this check box is selected, the other resource and header data is copied
from the source work order to the new work order. Note This check box is enabled only when the Actual Resources check box is selected. If the Activity Lines check box is not selected, the resource lines that are linked to activities are not copied. Texts If this check box is selected, the following check boxes are
enabled:
Copy Copies the work order (WO) details to the new WO.
