	Copy Activity Budget Lines (tpptc2245m000) Use this session to copy activity budget lines from one activity to another existing activity of the same project or a different project. The activity must be of the type Work Package or Project Cost Account. Note ERP allows you to copy the budget lines only if: The status of the Copy to Project is Free or Active. The status of the activity of Copy to Project is Free or Active. The Budgeting Method of the Copy to Project and the Copy from Projects is the same. The Copy to Project’s plan is not the leading plan for the project budgeted by element and controlled by activity. The Copy to and Copy from Project and Plan are the same, the activity is different. If the source activity budget line has an external schedule linked, the link is not copied. If the target activity has scheduled dates, the copied budget lines, by default, have the same scheduled dates as that of the activity. Status The status of the activity. Material Cost Type If this check box is selected, LN copies the material budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the material budget lines are not copied. Material (Project Cost Object) If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines to the target cost objects. If the cost object is not present in the target project, the cost object is also copied. If this check box is cleared, LN does not copy the budget lines or the cost object. Note LN allows you to copy project specific cost object only if the Copy From and Copy To project are different. You can select the cost object only if the cost types is checked. Labor Cost Type If this check box is selected, LN copies the labor budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the labor budget lines are not copied. Labor (Project Cost Object) If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines to the target cost objects. If the cost object is not present in the target project, the cost object is also copied. If this check box is cleared, LN does not copy the budget lines or the cost object. Equipment Cost Type If this check box is selected, LN copies the equipment budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the equipment budget lines are not copied. If the cost object is not present in the target project, the cost object is also copied. If this check box is cleared, LN does not copy the budget lines or the cost object. Subcontracting Cost Type If this check box is selected, LN copies the subcontracting budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the subcontracting budget lines are not copied. Subcontracting (Project Cost Object) If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines to the target cost objects. If the cost object is not present in the target project, the cost object is also copied. If this check box is cleared, LN does not copy the budget lines or the cost object. Sundry Cost Cost Type If this check box is selected, LN copies the sundry budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the sundry budget lines are not copied. Sundry Cost (Project Cost Object) If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines to the target cost objects. If the cost object is not present in the target project, the cost object is also copied. If this check box is cleared, LN does not copy the budget lines or the cost object. Note LN allows you to copy project specific cost object only if the Copy From and Copy To project are different. You can select the cost object only if the cost type is checked. Conversion Factors The conversion factor for the item. Allowed values Yes: LN copies the conversion factors to the target item, and approves them directly. No: LN copies the conversion factors to the target item. However, you must use the Conversion Factors (tcibd0103m000) session, to approve the conversion factors manually. Not Applicable: LN copies the conversion factors to the target item. The approved conversion factors remain approved, and the unapproved conversion factors remain unapproved. Adjustment Lines If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines linked to the adjustment as normal budget lines. If this check box is cleared, the lines linked to the adjustment are not copied. Extension Lines If this check box is selected, LN copies the budget lines linked to the extension. If this check box is cleared, the lines linked to the extension are not copied. Extension Lines The code that identifies the extension. The extension of the target project to which the budget lines of the source project's extension are copied. Note The field is enabled only when the Extension Lines check box is selected. When the extension is not specified and the source project and target project are different, the copied budget lines will not have an extension. When the extension is not specified and the source project and the target project are same, the budget lines are copied to the same extension. Description The description or name of the code. Status The status of the extension. Copy Copies the activity budget lines.
