Viewing data in Reports

To view data in reports:

1. Create Project and structure.
2. Link OBS to the project, if required.
3. Create Contract and Contract Line.
4. Link the Project to Contract Line.
5. Create Baseline.
6. Create Budget.
7. Activate Project, Contract and Contract Line.
8. Approve the baseline.
9. Generate the control data.
10. Publish the budgets using the Project BODs staging session.
11. Maintain the earned value data in BI.
12. Create a budget version in BI.
13. Generate the Inprocess Budget in BI either using Infor LN or an approved budget. You can also maintain the Inprocess Budget in BI.
14. Approve the Budget Version. The Inprocess Budget is copied to the Approved budget.
15. Budget or Planned value can now be viewed in the reports.
16. Earned value will be calculated based on the earned value data and can be viewed in the reports.
17. Maintain costs and progress percentage in Infor LN for the projects displayed in the reports.
18. Maintain the Revenues.
19. Generate the Interim Results.
20. Check the data in BI after the cube jobs are executed.
