How to use activity budget line statuses

An activity budget line can have the following statuses:

• Free A budget line with this status is not included in control data. You can still change the budget line.
• Actual You can keep the history with this status. If the Actual check box in the PTC Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session is selected, you can generate control data for these budget lines.
• Final You cannot maintain a budget line that has this status. You cannot change the activity anymore and you can only change its corresponding budget (activity or time-phased) with an adjustment. If the Final check box in the PTC Parameters (tpptc0100s000) session is selected, You can generate control data.
