Shared Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1509m000)Use this session to display an overview of capacity utilization for a shared work center for one day. You can see, for each order, the time and quantity that it is planned to occupy the work center. You can only use this session if you have selected Automatic or Manual in the Update Method Day Utilization field of the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000).
Work Center The shared work center whose
planned capacity utilization you want to see. Company The company of the shared work center. Date The day for which the planned capacity utilization for the work
center is displayed. Work Center The secondary work center whose
planned capacity utilization you want to see. Normal Man Capacity The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in
man hours. The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session: Number of Operators * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit. Available Man Capacity The secondary work center's available capacity expressed
in man hours. The available capacity is calculated as follows: Capacity in calendar * Number of Operators * Percentage Shared Capacity. Where: Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.
Total Man Hours An aggregation of the secondary work center's
remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in man
hours. Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People, are not counted. Total Mach. Hours The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in
machine hours. The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session: Number of Machines * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit. Available Machine Capacity The secondary work center's available capacity expressed
in machine hours. The available capacity is calculated as follows: Capacity in calendar * Number of Machines * Percentage Shared Capacity. Where: Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.
Total Mach. Hours An aggregation of the secondary work center's
remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in
machine hours. Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People, are not counted. Work Center A work center that does not have any physical resources and
cannot be modeled in a routing. It is used for capacity planning and displays
the total capacity requirements of the shared work centers. The work is
actually carried out in shared secondary work centers, which can be in the same
or a different logistical company than the primary work center. This enables
you to plan and carry out work in several different logistical companies (if
you define several secondary work centers) without having to use sales orders
and purchase order. Company The company of the primary work center. Normal Man Capacity The primary work center's normal capacity expressed in
man hours. The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session: Number of Operators * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit. Available Man Capacity The primary work center's available capacity expressed
in man hours. The available capacity is calculated as follows: Capacity in calendar * Number of Operators * Percentage Shared Capacity. Where: Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.

Machine The machine on which the operation is carried out. Production Order The planned production order. Routing The routing of the planned production order at the shared work center. Operation The operation carried out at the shared work center. Task The task carried out at the shared work center. Quantity Planned The quantity you plan to produce in the current operation at
the shared work center. Man Hours The man hours needed to carry out the operation. Machine Hours The machine hours needed to carry out the operation. Physical Location The location where the operation is carried out on the shop
floor. You can also use this field to enter other information about the
production order. SFC Order Group The SFC order group to which the production order belongs. Item The end-item produced by the production order.
