Shared Work Center Utilization by Week (tisfc1508m000)Use this session to view the capacity planned for a shared work center in a specified week. Note If you have made any changes to your shop floor planning, you must run the Build Utilization (tisfc0201m000) session (in the work center's company) before you use the current session. You must select Automatic or Manual in the Update Method Week Utilization field of the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session. In the Shared Work Center Relationships (tirou3100m000) session, you defined the Percentage Capacity of the primary work center allocated to the current secondary work center. That determines the capacity of the secondary work center. If the primary work center has a capacity of 80 hours per week and the current secondary work center has a Percentage Capacity of 50%, its capacity will be 40 hours.
Work Center The shared work center whose
planned capacity you want to see. Company The company of the shared work center. Year The year for which you want to view the planned shared work center utilization. Week The week number for which you want to view the planned shared work center utilization. Week one is the the first week of the year containing at least four days, assuming that Monday is the first day of the week. Work Center The secondary work center whose
planned capacity you want to see. Normal Man Capacity The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in
man hours. The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session: Number of Operators * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit. Available Man Capacity The secondary work center's available capacity expressed
in man hours. The available capacity is calculated as follows: Capacity in calendar * Number of Operators * Percentage Shared Capacity. Where: Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.
Total Man Hours An aggregation of the secondary work center's
remaining/outstanding operation hours for the specified period expressed in man
hours. Because these are remaining hours, the spent hours booked in People, are not counted. Normal Mach. Capacity The secondary work center's normal capacity expressed in
machine hours. The normal capacity is calculated from the following fields in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session: Number of Machines * Basic Day Capacity by Resource Unit. Available Mach. Capacity The secondary work center's available capacity expressed
in machine hours. The available capacity is calculated as follows: Capacity in calendar * Number of Machines * Percentage Shared Capacity. Where: Capacity in calendar = Calendar Time * Efficiency Factor * Percentage Capacity.

Quantity Planned The quantity planned to be produced by the production order at
the shared work center. Man Hours The man hours needed to carry out the operation. Machine Hours The machine hours needed to carry out the operation. Physical Location The location where the operation is carried out. You can also
enter other information about the operation in this field. SFC Order Group The SFC order group to which the production order belongs. Item The item planned to be produced by the production order.
