SFC Gantt Chart (tisfc1126m000)Use the graphical planning board to view and maintain the production planning. You must use the Select Data for Planning Board (tisfc1125m000) session to select the production data, and start the graphical planning board. The graphical planning board can be used in a shop floor environment, and has two views:
Note that the planning board displays calendar days, not working days. To view and plan production order operations In the graphical planning board, you can view and plan the
production order's operations. To view the operations for a production order in
the Gantt view, you must first double-click the production order in the left
column so that the order expands. You can also click
You can drag and drop the production operations in the graphical planning board to replan your production. The production planning data is then updated in LN. Replanning in the graphical planning board uses the same planning logic as the LN planning sessions. It makes no difference whether you drag an operation block at the front or at the back of the block. Even if you drag an operation block at the end of the block, the change is expressed in the operation's start time. LN then plans forward on the basis of the new start time to calculate the new end time of the operation. The dates and times of the other operations in the production order change dependent on the production order's moving methods. If you double-click a production order or an operation, the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session or the Production Planning (tisfc0110m000) session are respectively started, in which you can view and/or maintain planning data. You cannot add or append new operations in the planning board. You can, however, change dates and operation times. Menu options In the Gantt view, use the commands in the Sort by menu to sort the production orders. By sorting your data, you can focus on a specific part of the shop floor, for example, view the production orders for a specific PCS project or production start date. You can choose whether a message must be displayed if replanning causes a production order to be late. In the appropriate menu, click Switch 'Planning Messages' on/off to determine whether a message must be displayed. You can choose whether operations with the Completed status must be displayed in the planning board. In the appropriate menu, click Switch 'Skip Completed' on/off to determine completed operations must be displayed. You can choose whether you want to display the operation's queue time by clicking Switch 'Display Queue Time' on/off in the appropriate menu. If the queue time is displayed, the start date of the operation block in the planning board equals the queue time's start date. If the queue time is not displayed, the start date of the operation block equals the date of the setup time or run time. From the appropriate menu of the planning board, you can also start the following sessions:
