Printing Production Order Documents

Carry out the following steps:

  1. Select on the Selection Range tab the production orders for which you want to print the production order documents.
  2. Select on the Options tab wether you want to print the original documents, the duplicates, or the modified documents. Furthermore, determine the order in which you want to print the documents.
  3. Select on the Documents tab which order documents you want to print. This selection will overrule the selection on the Documents tab in the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session.

You must run the Print Production Order Documents (tisfc0408m000) session if in the Shop Floor Control Parameters (tisfc0100s000) session the Printing Order Doc. Mandatory check box is selected on the Documents tab. If so, no production order can be released before the corresponding order documents have been printed. Printing order documents is then a mandatory step in the production order control procedure. When the order documents have been printed, the production order status switches to Documents Printed.

You can start the Print Production Order Documents (tisfc0408m000) session by clicking Print in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session or the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session. If the production order is Planned, you can choose between two options: Print Production Order Documents and Print Production Order Documents and Release.

  • Print Production Order Documents
    The Print Production Order Documents (tisfc0408m000) session is started so that you can print the production order documents. After that, you must manually release the production order.
  • Print Production Order Documents and Release
    The Print Production Order Documents (tisfc0408m000) session is started to print the production order documents, but after that, the planned production order is automatically released.

The Printing Order Doc. Mandatory check box is not valid for repetitive items.
