types of bills of material: - A BOM with quantities prints BOM data that includes the
operation, warehouse, length, width, number of units, inventory unit, and net
quantity.
- A BOM with scrap prints BOM data that includes the revision,
effective and expiry dates, scrap percentage and quantity, and extra
information.
- A BOM with manufacturing data prints BOM data that includes the
revision, effective and expiry dates, lead-time offset, yield aggregate plan,
routing scrap aggregate plan, and whether it is a phantom.
- A BOM with properties prints BOM data that includes the
effective and expiry dates, the effective and expiry change orders, the
information whether the component items are a standard configuration, unit
effective, linked to CHM or EDM, and so on.
For each manufactured item, the printed
multilevel bill of material displays components at all levels. Example Manufactured item: 150100 Bicycle
Europe Level | Position | Item | Description |
---|
1 | 10 | 150101 | Frame | 1 | 20 | 160200 | Wheel | 2 | 10 | 200135 | Spoke | 2 | 20 | 200100 | Hub | 3 | 10 | 210100 | Hub case | 3 | 20 | 210110 | Ballbearing |
The components at level 2 are used to make the
item at level 1. The wheel consists of a hub and spokes. The hub case and
ballbearings (level 3) are components of the hub. Use the Print Where-used BOM Components (tibom1412m000) session, to print a summarized multilevel
