To add a production order to an order block

To add a production order to an order block, take the following steps:

  • Start the Order Block Planning (tisfc0151m000) session.
  • Select the relevant order block.
  • On the Specific menu, click Add Production Order to Order Block

Important!

After you added a production order to or removed a production order from an order block, you must reschedule the order block to recalculate the start time and end time. For more information, refer to To reschedule order blocks.

To remove a production order from an order block

To remove a production order from an order block, take the following steps:

  • Start the Order Block Planning (tisfc0151m000) session.
  • Select the relevant order block.

  • On the Specific menu, click Orders by Order Block.

    The Production Orders by Block (tisfc0152m000) session starts.

  • Select the production order that must be removed, or select a range of production orders.
  • On the Edit menu, click Delete.

After you deleted the last production order in an order block, LN deletes the order block automatically.

To delete order blocks

After you deleted the last production order in an order block, LN deletes the order block automatically.

After the production orders of an order block have been completed, you can remove the order block by using the Purge Order Block Planning (tisfc0251m100) session.
