	Buffer - Assembly Orders (tiasl6520m000) Use this session to display the assembly orders that are present at a buffer. The orders at a buffer are waiting to be processed and can be rescheduled such that they are carried out in a different sequence. Refer to the Command help further on in this help topic for an explanation of the options that are available throught the appropriate menu. Note You cannot undo the completing of a line-station order whose assembly order is closed. Actual Start Time The time when the order is planned to enter the buffer, according to the original planning. Actual End Time The time when the order is planned to leave the buffer, according to the most recent plan. Show Messages Click to start the Messages (tiasc0501m000) session. Request Start on Line Segment Click to select the Start Requested check box in the Line Segment - Line Sequence (tiasl4500m000) session. The orders with this check box selected are given a higher priority and are the ones which are worked on soonest. Start Assembly Order If the line station order (LSO) has the status Frozen or Ready to Start, you can start the assembly order. When the order is started, the order is taken out of the buffer and is transferred to the first line station. The status of the LSO of the next line station is then Ready to Start. The start of an assembly order is the completion of the LSO that belongs to the buffer. Therefore, the status of the LSO is Completed at the point when the status of the LSO on the line station immediately after the buffer is Ready to Start. Undo Complete Line Station Order If you have reported a line station order Completed, click here to undo that action. You cannot carry out this action for a line-station order whose assembly order is Closed. Request AP for Shop Floor Warehouse... Click to start the Replenish Shop Floor Warehouse (tiasc8210m000) session. View Exchangeable Configurations Click to start the Line Segment - Exchangeable Configurations (tiasl2530m000) session. Show All Orders Click to show all the assembly orders for this assembly line, and scheduled for the current buffer. In this default view, you see the orders that are planned to be in the buffer, that are in the buffer now, and that have been in the buffer. Show Orders - In Buffer Click to only show the orders which are present in the selected buffer. Only those LSOs currently in the buffer, that have the Ready to Start status, are displayed. Show Orders - Not Arrived Click to only show the orders which are planned for the buffer, but on which work has not yet started, in the buffer. Show Orders - Not Started But Late Click to show ordrs whose planned starting time is after the current time, but for which work has not yet started. Show Orders - Started But Late Show only those orders whose planned start date is later than the actual start date, but on which work has started.
