Function: Service activity preparation and planning

In this function, a service order is prepared and planned. For each service order, the defined maintenance activities, along with each activity’ s resource requirements, are analyzed. Based on the availability of resources, additional resources can be purchased or subcontracted from outside. Additionally, the costs are estimated based on the resource requirements.
