Function: Call closure

After you process customer calls or provide alternative solutions to customers, you can close the call and, if required, invoice the call. A call can be logically ended in any case using this function.

The objective of this process is to close the call after you process customer calls or provide alternative solutions to customers and, if required, invoice the call. The assumption in the business is that material to be delivered on a call is generally covered by the service contract, which means that no invoice must be made for material delivery on a call. However, material on a call can also be invoiced in this process.
