Function: Account definition

The objective of this process is to register and update the basic account data, such as name, contacts, addresses, and the specific roles of the account. The user can also define relations and relation teams for rebates and discounts. To install credit control for each account, you must set the credit limit, after which the system will monitor that limit.

If the customers use their own item coding, this second coding system can be defined and maintained for the relevant item codes.
