The objective of this process is to enter information about new customers, which results in information about new suspects, prospects, and customers. You can enter the following customer master data:

  • Addresses
  • Contacts
  • Business partners
  • Contacts by business partners
  • Rebates and commissions
  • Agreements
  • Item customer information
  • Item code systems.

You enter this information in the Business Partner (Sold-to, Ship-to, Invoice-to, and Pay-by) session.

  • Applicable for the Standard, Predefined, and Specified typologies.
