For ledger accounts for which the Currency Analysis field in the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session has the value Not Required, this field displays the local currency.
Currency Analysis (tfgld3506m000)Use this session to display, for each transaction currency, the balance of the amounts posted to the ledger account. For ledger accounts for which the Currency Analysis field in the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session has the value Not Required, LN displays the total balance in the local currency.
Currency The transaction currency. For ledger accounts for which the Currency Analysis field in the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session has the value Not Required, this field displays the local currency. Ledger Account The ledger account for which you display the amounts. Business Partner If you start this session from the Ledger History by Business Partner (tfgld3530m000) session, this field displays the
business partner for which the amounts were posted. Dimension Type If you start this session from the Dimension History (tfgld3520m000) session, this field displays the dimension type for
which you display the amounts. Dimension If you start this session from the Dimension History (tfgld3520m000) session, this field displays the dimension for which
you display the amounts. For Period The period or range of periods for which you display the
amounts. All Companies If this check box is selected, LN displays the history
for all companies in a multicompany structure. Period Type The period type for which you display the data. Accounting Scheme The accounting scheme for which
you display the data. Home Currency The home currency in which LN displays the amounts. From the Tools menu, choose Rotate Currency to switch home currencies. Include Not Finalized Indicates whether the amounts include non-finalized
transactions. Amount The balance amount of the transactions in the transaction
currency. Amount in HC The balance amount in the home currency. From the Tools menu, choose Rotate Currency to switch home currencies. To/Inclusive LN displays the amounts from the start of the displayed year and to the end of the
displayed period. If the period is the current, open period, LN displays the amounts posted to the dimension to date. Amount The total amount in the transaction currency posted to the
ledger account during the fiscal year up to the end of the period. Amount in HC The total amount in the home currency. From the Tools menu, choose Rotate Currency to switch home currencies.
Finalized Transactions Starts the Finalized Transactions (tfgld3509m000) session. Non-Finalized Transactions Starts the Non-Finalized Transactions (tfgld3508m000) session.
