Distribution by Period (tfgld3505m000)Use this session to display the balances by period of the amounts posted to a specific ledger account. On the appropriate menu, you can click Finalized Transactions and, if non-finalized transaction are included, you can also click Non-Finalized Transactions to display the individual transaction amounts.
Ledger Account The ledger account for which you display the amounts. Business Partner If you start this session from the Ledger History by Business Partner (tfgld3530m000) session, this field displays the
business partner for which you display the amounts. Dimension Type If you start this session from the Dimension History (tfgld3520m000) session, this field displays the dimension type for
which you display the amounts. Dimension If you start this session from the Dimension History (tfgld3520m000) session, this field displays the dimension for which
you display the amounts. For Period The fiscal year for which you display the amounts. For Period The period or the range of periods for which you display the
amounts. All Companies If this check box is selected, LN displays the history
for all companies in a multicompany structure. Period Type The period type for which you display the data. Accounting Scheme The accounting scheme for which
you display the data. Home Currency The home currency in which LN displays the amounts. From the Tools menu, choose Rotate Currency to switch home currencies. Include Not Finalized Indicates whether the amounts include non-finalized
transactions. Year The year for which you display
the amounts. Period The period for which you display the amounts. Actual Amount The balance of the amounts posted during the period, in the
home currency. To display the individual transactions, on the appropriate menu, you can click Finalized Transactions and, if non-finalized transaction are included, you can also click Non-Finalized Transactions. Budget The budgeted amount for the period. If you defined a budget for the ledger account in the Controlling module, this field has a value. Variance The difference between the actual amount and the budgeted
amount. If you defined a budget for the ledger account in the Controlling module, this field has a value. %Var The difference between the actual amount and the budgeted
amount, expressed as a percentage. If you defined a budget for the ledger account in the Controlling module, this field has a value.
Finalized Transactions Starts the Finalized Transactions (tfgld3509m000) session. Non-Finalized Transactions Starts the Non-Finalized Transactions (tfgld3508m000) session.
