To set up the Parameter Wizard

To set up the Parameter Wizard must be done by a software specialist who has detailed knowledge of the various table fields and the values required for every function.

To set up the Parameter Wizard consists of:

  1. Grouping the options into option groups.
  2. Assigning topics to the options.
  3. Defining the parameter values for each topic.

The option groups, options,and topics must all belong to the same aspect.

LN supplies the data for a number of topics that were present as localizations in previous LN versions. You can use the various Parameter Wizard sessions to view, change and add to the predefined data before you use the Parameter Wizard.

To set up the Parameter Wizard

To set up and maintain the Parameter Wizard data, use the following sequence of sessions:

  1. Option Groups (tcemm0110m000). Define the option groups. For each option group, you must select an aspect.
  2. Options (tcemm0111m000). Define the options. For each option, you must select the option group.
  3. Topics (tcemm0112m000)). Define the topics.
  4. Required Topics (tcemm0113m000). Link topics to an option.
  5. Parameters (tcemm0114m000). Define the parameters.
  6. Required Parameters (tcemm0115m000). Link the parameters to a topic.
