Headings By Chapter (tcibd9141m00l)This functionality is specific for India. Use this session to define the headings for each chapter of the Central Excise Tariff Act. The heading code forms the third and fourth character of the HSN code defined for an item.
Chapter The chapter code. The value is defaulted from the Chapter field of the Chapter (tcibd9140m00l) session. Click New Group icon on the
toolbar to enable the field. Use the browse arrow to select a new chapter from
the Chapter (tcibd9140m00l) session. Chapter Description The description or name of the code. Heading The heading of the chapter. You must enter the value as it is
defined in the Schedule of the Central Excise Tariff Act. Heading Code The complete code that represents the chapter and the heading.
The Chapter and Heading values are separated by the character
specified in the HSN Code Field Separator field of the India Localization Parameters (tccom9136m00l) session. Heading Code Description The description or name of the code.
Print Headings by Chapter Starts the Print Headings by Chapter (tcibd9441m00l) session, which prints the headings
of the chapters. Sub Headings By Heading and Chapter Starts the Sub-Headings By Heading and Chapter (tcibd9142m00l) session, which displays the sub-headings for the selected heading.
