Enterprise Modeling Management Parameters (tcemm0100m000)

Use this session to maintain parameters for the Enterprise Modeling Management module.

 

Effective Date
The date and time when the parameters becomes valid. Parameters are valid until you define new parameters.
Description
The description of the parameters.

For example, you can indicate why you want to change the parameters.

Internal Invoicing
Read Pricebook based on
Indicates how the pricebook is read for internal invoices using the commercial price and order handling by component.

Allowed values

  • Component
    By default the price book is read by component.
  • Main Item

    The price book is read by main item.

    The amount is distributed across the shipped components based on the fixed transfer price (FTP) and the quantity per main item of the components.

Note

These options are unavailable if, in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session, Extended Kit Handling Implemented is selected.

Example

Transfer price as defined in price book: 1500 EUR

Ordered: 3 units

Amount: 3 * 1500 = 4500

The item consists of two components with these ratios:

  • Component 1: 2 units FTP: 40 | amount: 80
  • Component 2: 3 units FTP: 25 | amount: 75

As a result, one list item represents an FTP value of 155 EUR

Total to issue:

  • 3 * 2 = 6 components 1
  • 3 * 3 = 9 components 2

Assume a partial shipment is made for two main items:

  • 4 units of component 1
  • 6 units of component 2

Amount for the internal invoice: 1500 * 2 = 3000 EUR

Distribution per component:

  • Component 1: 80/155 * 3000 = 1548.39 EUR
  • Component 2: 75/155 * 3000 = 1451.61 EUR

Internal Material Delivery
The default internal trade details for kind of trade Internal Material Delivery.

If, for some combination of entities, no specific internal trade details were defined in the Entity - Entity Relationships (tcemm2110m000) session or the Enterprise Unit - Enterprise Unit Relationships (tcemm0134m000) session, LN uses the default internal trade details.
