Import component data

To import master data for DEM (the so-called component data) complete the following steps:

1. Start the Import Component Model Data (tgbrg5256m000) session.
2. On the Settings tab, specify the following values:
   • File: <Temp Directory>component_90_20090929.cmp.Z
   • Print Errors: Select.
   • Overwrite: Clear.
   • Components From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Component Releases From: space, To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Applications: select. From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Subapplications: Select.
   • Do not overwrite Texts Within: Clear all.
   • Import Application Conversion Data: Clear.
3. On the Application Conversion Data tab, specify the following values:
   • Source Component From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Source Component Release From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Source Application From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Destination Component From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Destination Component Release From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Destination Application From: space. To: zzzzz, which is the maximum value.
   • Do Not Overwrite Texts Within: select.
4. Click Import.
