To modify the Global Template

To work with the Microsoft project integration, the installation adds some features to the Global.mpt file. Because a Global.mpt exists for each user profile, you make these changes to each of these profiles, if required. To modify the Global.mpt file, take the following steps:

1. Double-click the MsPInstall.exe file in the path where the Integration Pack is installed.

   The Global.mpt file of the current logged-on user is now updated.

2. Log on to the server (when the corresponding screen appears) to update the Microsoft Project server’s enterprise global template.

To undo the changes made to the Global.mpt files, take the following steps:

1. Double-click the MsPUnInstall.exe file in the path where the Integration Pack is installed. The changes made in the Global.mpt file of the current logged-in user will be removed.
2. Log on to the server (when the corresponding screen appears) to update the Microsoft Project server’s enterprise global template.
