Deployment of Sample Templates

To deploy the templates, take the following steps:

1. Verify the availability of the following additional file on the server:

   • Officeintegration.exe:

   In the Additional Files (ttadv2570m000) session in the INT module of the nt package.

2. Verify that the following additional files are available on the server:

   • tptemplates_erp61 and tptemplates_erp61.l:

   In the Additional Files (ttadv2570m000) session in the EST module in the tp package.

   All three of these files are mandatory. Omission of even one of these files will render the installation invalid and incomplete.

3. In the Office Parameters (ntint0500m000) session, specify the paths for the server directory and the client directory. The following figure shows the parameters filled:

4. Place the additional files described in Step 1 and Step 2 in the Server directory, as described in the Office Parameters (ntint0500m000) session in Step 3.

5. Run the Import Published MS Word/Excel ERP Templates (ntint0201m000) session.

   Specify the import file (tptemplates_erp61) with a path in accordance with the Server directory path, as described in the Office Parameters session while following Step 3, as shown in the following figure:

6. If the import in Step 5 is successful, the following templates are found in the company and in the path to where the templates were imported.

   From the previous figures, the company is 660 and the path is /e4/BAAN60/bse/tools/OI:

   • Bid.dot
   • Estimate_line.xlt
   • Amounts.xlt
   • Quantity_Calculations.xlt
   • Bid_Scope.xlt
   • Bid_Summary.xlt
   • CostPrice_Calculation.xlt
   • SalesPrice_Calculation_Markup.xlt
   • SalesPrice_Calculation_Target.xlt
   • CashFlow_Simulation.xlt
   • Report.xlt
