Freight Order Lines History (fmfoc5501m000)

Use this session to view and maintain freight order line history records. A record is created for each change made in a freight order line. You can use history records for future analysis.

You can access invoicing history data in the Specific menu.

 

Transaction Date
The date on which the order is changed and/or written to the history file. For each change, LN inserts a new line and a new transaction date. This applies to any type of order.

Among other things, the transaction date is important for:

  • Scheduling
  • Statistics
  • Determining due dates and currency exchange rates
History Status
The status of the history record resulting from the modification that is made on the transaction date.

Possible Values

Single Line per Shipment
If this check box is selected, each shipment line created for the freight order line appears on a separate shipment.
User
The user logon code of the user who modified the freight order line related to the current history information.
