The folder ID that acts as an identifier. The identifier is
generated based on masks. If no masks are defined, you can enter the folder identifier manually.
Folders (dmfmg0122s000)Use this session to create and maintain the folders. You can also use this session to copy an existing folder to a new folder. If you create a folder, the status of the folder is Design/Created. You can modify a folder and link objects to the folders if the folder status is Design/Created. A folder can be a shared folder or a personal folder. Select the Personal check box to indicate that the folder is a personal folder. For the folders for which the Personal check box is selected, only the creator or owner of the folder can modify or link objects to the folder.

on mask configuration. If no mask is defined, an error message is generated.
You must contact your administrator to set the mask configuration for the
folder version. Description The description of the folder, as part of the folder details. Content Profile The content profile, which specifies all the objects that can
be linked to the folder. Status The status of the folder. The folder can have the following
status:
Owner The folder owner's name. Click the browse arrow to select the
owner from the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session. Personal If this check box is selected,, the folder is a personal folder. Only the
creator or owner of the folder can update the folder or link the objects to the
folder. Creation Date The date and time when the folder is created. Created By The name of the user who creates the folder. Modification Date The date and time at which the folder is modified. Modified By The name of the user who modifies the folder.
