Borrow/ Loan cost peg transfers

In Infor LN 10.3, borrow/ loan (temporary) cost peg transfer functionality is implemented. LN allows you to transfer the inventory from one project cost peg to another, temporarily. In this scenario, inventory pegged to a specific project cost peg is borrowed ( Borrow/ Loan - Payback) from one project cost peg and used for another project cost peg during the warehouse outbound procedure. The borrowed items must be replenished to the lending cost peg. This is done using Payback and is generated on receipt of the inventory actually ordered for the borrowing project cost peg.
