Transfer Call to Maintenance Sales Quotation

  • The Transfer to Maintenance Sales Quotation command is added in Call (tsclm1100m000) sessions. Use this option to transfer the call to Maintenance Sales Quotation. The PCA values is taken from the call into the Maintenance Sales Quotations (tsepp1100m000) session. From the Quotation, the Maintenance Sales Order can be generated.
