	Configuration management This topic describes the differences between the Configuration Management in Infor LN 10 and in Infor LN 10.2.1 that are not already discussed in other Differences topics. New and changed functionality Serialized Items The Sales Order field is renamed to Originating Order and the Sales Order Line field is renamed to Originating Order Line in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) and the Serialized Item Dashboard (tscfg2100m100) sessions. These fields provide the information about the originating project deliverable. The Originating Detail Line field is added to provide the information about the project deliverable schedule. The Originating Order Type field is added to indicate from which object the Order, Order Line and Detail Line originates. Based on the value, the link to Sales or Project is stored in theoriginating order, the line and the detail line. The In Use By tab is added in Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) and Serialized Item Dashboard (tscfg2100m100) sessions to maintain information about the actual use of the serialized item. The Create Service Order button is added in Serialized Item Dashboard (tscfg2100m100) session. A new MMT session Serialized Items (tscfg2600m000) is added with tabs to open related service orders, work orders, calls and so on. Copy Project Breakdown Structure The Delivery Time field is added to Copy Project Breakdown Structure (tscfg2210m200) session. Adding Pictures of Items The Item Picture field is added in Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000), Item Breakdowns (tscfg1110m000), Serialized Item Dashboard (tscfg2100m100), and Physical Breakdowns (tscfg2110m000) sessions. Alternative Items-Item Breakdown Following points is added as notes to the session help for the tscfg1120m000 session: When you enter an item on the maintenance sales part line / work order resource line / service order material line, a message is displayed that a replacement for the item exists and whether you want to replace the item with the alternative item. If you do not replace the item, LN continues to display the message about the existence of the replacement item whenever you work with the order line. When you select a substitute item for the item to be replaced, you must check the master data such as the reference activities. When you use the reference activities, LN copies the material required data to maintenance sales order / work order / service order. Service Inspection In Infor LN 10.2.1 the Service Inspection functionality is introduced. The sessions are added as past of this functionality.
