Skill Requirements by Reference Activity

• In Infor LN 10.2.1, you can maintain and create the skills required for a specific reference activity. LN allows you to define more than three skills. If the reference activity is deleted, the related records in Skill Requirements by Reference Activity must also be deleted. When you create a service order activity/ work order activity/ planned activity, while entering or changing the reference activity, the skills defined for the reference activity are copied (defaulted) to order activity (service order activity/ work order activity/ planned activity).
• A checkbox Skills is added to the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

Skills by (Planned) Order Activity

• In Infor LN 10.2.1, you can store the skills required for a specific service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
• The Required Skills by Activity (tstdm2111m000) is added as satellite to Service Order Activity – Lines (tssoc2110m100) MMT session.
• The Required Skills by Activity (tstdm2111m000) session is added to Work Order Activities (tswcs2110m000) session and can be started via a specific option from the overview and details session.
• The Required Skills by Activity (tstdm2111m000) session is to Planned Activities (tsspc2100m000) session and can be started via a specific option from the overview and details session.
