Allocate resource in group planning

This topic describes the differences in Differences Infor LN 10.2.1.

In Infor LN 10.2.1, you can allocate resources to groups and activity sets. The resources can be service engineers or service departments. Resources can be allocated manually, semi-automated (the system proposes resources, user selects manually), or fully automated. Allocation of resources is based on skills, and/or planning attributes. If more than one resource is found for a planning group, the resources are prioritized based on priority rules.
