contacts In Infor LN 10, phone numbers are specified by address. Therefore, if the phone number is updated for one business partner role, it is also changed for the other roles. As a result, the business partner BODs do not have the phone number details filled. In Infor LN 10.2.1, the following were added:
To automatically split a full phone number, LN must recognize the structure of the phone number. Therefore, the following fields were added to the Countries (tcmcs0510m000) session:

Project pegging on opportunities To identify costs, demand, and supply for a project, in Infor LN 10.2.1, you can implement project pegging and specify the items for which project pegging is required. A peg is required for an item only on the sales quotation line and sales order line. If an item linked to an opportunity requires a peg, you can optionally specify the peg in the Items by Opportunity (tdsmi1113m000) session. In the Items by Opportunity (tdsmi1113m000) session, these project pegging-related fields were added: When a sales quotation line is generated from the opportunity item line, the opportunity's peg is copied to the Budget, Element for Budget, and Activity for Budget fields on the quotation line. activities In Infor LN 10.2.1, the reference types that can be linked to an opportunity in the References by Opportunity (tdsmi1115m000) session or to an activity in the References by Activity (tccom6115m000) session, were extended.
Renamed dashboard session The CRM Dashboard (tdsmi1500m000) session was renamed to the Customer 360 (tdsmi1500m000) session.
