Creating a corrective action plan

In Infor LN 10.2.1, you can create and maintain a corrective action plan. The Corrective Action Plan (CAP) executes the actions required to prevent the recurrence of non-conformance/ failure.

The CAP is assigned to an owner and after analysis of non-conformance, the owner, supported by a team of experts, identifies the number of different tasks such as Root Cause Analysis or the commissioning of different types of reports such as or the Corrective Action Report (CAR).
