In Infor LN 10, landed costs are introduced.

Landed costs are the total of all costs associated with the procurement of an item until delivery and receipt in a warehouse. Landed costs typically include freight costs, insurance costs, customs duties, and handling costs. To take care of specific landed costs, including invoicing, separate business partners can be involved.

In Infor LN 10:

  • Landed costs can be linked to purchase transactions, such as purchase orders and warehouse transfers.
  • Actual landed costs can be added to the inventory value.
  • Purchase invoices can be matched and approved for landed costs.
