Reason codes for rejected items in production

In Infor LN FP5, the Print Rejects (tisfc0403m000) session prints the rejects reported for operations in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session, but not the rejects for production orders without operations, that you reported rejected in the Report Orders Completed (tisfc0520m000) session.

In Infor LN FP6, the report printed by the Print Rejects (tisfc0403m000) session was enhanced. Rejects for production orders without operations are printed as well.

In Infor LN FP6, you can enter a reason for items that were reported rejected when you report quantities rejected for an operation or production order. By setting a parameter, you can make it mandatory to specify a reason. However, if the rejected quantity equals the quantity planned to be rejected based on normal scrap and yield, you do not need to specify a reason.
