Freight Planning-Combining Stops by Route Plan / Standard Route in FP5

The planning process does not take into account the Standard Routes and Route Plans. This leads to selecting multiple Transport Means Groups for the trip. The planning process currently creates trips and stops from combined orders. During the creation of the stops, the carrier/LSP and transport means group / transport means combination is selected.

To allow the freight planning to select the best transport means group / transport means combination a new process step Combining Stops by Route Plan / Standard Route is introduced. After the stops are created, LN combines the stops that use the same route plan / standard route. After the stops are combined based on same route plan / standard route, the load building process of LN determines the ideal transport means group / transport means combination for these combined stops.
